Community

Regardless of any rules established and enforced by the Community staff team you are subject the rules, policies, and tos of the platform you are accessing our Community through.

All rules, Terms, policies, guidelines, and standards regarding the Community is subject to change without notice.

Community staff reserve the right to ask for you age, dob, and your ID when you join any of our NSFW/18+ Telegram groups. We do this because Telegram has no inbuilt ways for users to register an age on their account and they do not police underage users on their platform. As such, we have taken it upon ourselves to protect our community, staff, and the users within it.

By purchasing items and services offered by us the you agree that you are an authorized user of or the account holder for the card you use to finalize your purchase and that you are of legal age to purchase digital goods within your local jurisdiction.

You agree that by purchasing M rated content from us that you are 18 years of age or older.

Lucid’s Writing Website has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for purchases made with stolen account information or card information, however, we do terminate and report accounts that are found to be using stolen card information and work with customers to dispute any fraudulent purchases made with a compromised account.

No refunds are offered once virtual/downloadable content is downloaded from our website.

Refunds may be offered if a purchase was made with a compromised account if it is reported within 30 days of the purchase.

Lucid is not a licensed or professionally trained hypnotist or hypnotherapist nor does he claim to be one. He is self taught and performs hypnosis and offers these hypnosis files for entertainment and fetish purposes only. He does not claim that any of his practices or files are meant to help with or cure any mental or physical ailments, diseases, disorders, or disabilities.

All files offered within our site have all the intended effects listed in the description of each file. We do not assume any responsibility for any malreaction or any additional effects a subject experiences in addition to the intended effects written on a file’s description.

Audio hypnosis file(s) are not guaranteed to work and no refunds or exchanges will be offered if any file(s) are found to not work on you or anyone.

We offer free file(s) for users to test before committing to purchasing a paid/premium audio file.

If a user still has any doubts after reading the page or finds that the free files aren’t working on them then we strongly recommend against purchasing any premium/paid files as these files are made in the same way and style as the free ones.

We are not responsible for anyone changing or altering our files in a such a way such as to deceive someone into listening to a file that has a themes or topics they aren’t comfortable with. Altering files is described as, but is not limited to: cutting part of the file or induction, changing the name of the file, remixing the file.

We do not allow the act of editing or remixing files other than for personal use.

Any files edited or remixed for personal use shall not be distributed in any way without prior authorization.

Uploading any of our files anywhere at any time is now allowed without prior authorization.

There are no limits to the amount of times a virtual/digital store item can be download as long as the item itself is still stored on our servers.

We try our best to keep all files available for customers to download whenever possible, such as when an items’ store page is removed from the store or when the store closes, however we offer NO GUARANTEE that every item will remain on our server and available to download if the item was removed from the store or the store is closed.

It is important that customers keep a backup of the virtual/digital store items as we offer no alternate way to download or access these items other than through our website, even if a customer lost access to an item they previously purchased through our store.

Some content within this website is deemed not suitable for minors, thus we protect this content with an age submission form. By submitting your age to us within this form you agree that the age you provided within it is accurate and by passing the the verification form you are 18 years or older and accept all responsibility for falsifying your age.

Lucid Creations Media has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for minors gaining access to or purchasing age restricted store items, pages, tags, categories, posts, etc by them falsifying their age. We take steps to terminate accounts that are found in violation of this section.

The content and works uploaded to this website belong solely to Lucid, Lucid Creations Media, or any person or persons who have paid for works and services provided by Lucid and Lucid Creations Media.

Uploading any files and content contained within our website anywhere, regardless of citing us as a source or altering said content, without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

The full extent of the law will be used to peruse any unauthorized use or re-upload of our intellectual property.
