Information

Before contacting me please have a general idea of what the script is intended to do (theme guidelines – my hypno ethics). Please be as detailed as you like, I do not charge per word for scripts. I am willing to help fill in some gaps for details you might not be sure on. After reviewing and possibly helping with the details of the script I will let you know if I am interested in the script. The final price will be determined based on theme and complexity.

Custom Hypnosis Audio Files

At this time I am not taking or considering custom hypno audio files for commission. I haven’t taken one since the creation of this website and I don’t plan to until the new website is completed and I work out the details on my own. Join the communities, follow the Telegram update channel, watch the Trello board, or watch this website for new blog posts. All of these are my official means of giving the community and fans updates on everything like commission status, new uploads, and anything else that I deem to be important.

Terms

General Terms

These terms, prices, slot availability, etc are subject to change without notice. I have the right to refuse service and cancel any commission and commission proposal at any time for any reason. This could include being rushed by the client, the client being rude or disrespectful, the client not following through with the steps of the commission (i.e. proofread/review), not being personally comfortable with the theme/topic proposed, etc.

Cancellation & Refunds

The client has the right to cancel their commission at any time for any reason.

Refunds may not be given. Canceling a partial paid invoice might be seen as enough of a refund depending on the progress the commission is currently at. (Cancelled invoices cancels any payments/balance that were previously due).

Anonymous & Private Commissions

I understand that some people would like to have some spicy or taboo interests on the down low and that is why I am fully open and willing to anonymize your commission free of charge. I am also willing to do a private commission where I will take your proposal and make your story, hypnosis script, or hypnosis file but not upload it anywhere, you would be expected to do the same. Since this could affect my ability to attract future clients by restricting my ability to use it in my portfolio I will charge 25% – 100% extra for all private commissions.

Unless otherwise agreed upon or is stated in another section of these terms; all commissions will not be put behind any paywall (fee to access, download, Patreon). You will be the only one paying me for the content and will be credited as the client and the one who came up with the idea for the content in any way you wish (social media [twitter], FA, etc).

I reserve the right to upload the original, unmodified, and finalized commissions to any service I want at any time in any format I want, including this website.

Unless otherwise agreed upon or is stated in another section of these terms; you may upload the original, unmodified, and finalized commission to any service you would like at any time as long as you credit me and link this site or my FA page.

I reserve the right to use your ideas in my own works to some degree, I promise I will try to mix it up somewhat.

Story Comm Terms

I am willing to do sfw stories for anyone of any age as long as they can pay.

Unless otherwise agreed upon the final version of the commission will be provided in a .docx format. If you choose to upload please do not remove the credits page that has the DMCA watermark, my patreon link, and links to this site.

Hypnosis Comm Terms

Must be 18+ in age to commission anything hypnosis related from me.

I am not a trained or licensed hypnotist and do this purely for fun and entertainment only. As such I do not guarantee any results from my work by reading any scripts, having someone else or a voice synthesizer read it to you, listening to any files I make for you, or having a one on one session with me. Therefore I will not offer any refunds due to little or no results. I will be happy to offer any advice on how to achieve the intended effects, other than what’s listed here, or advice on how to slip into a trance if you are having trouble.

Scripts

Unless otherwise agreed upon the final version of the commission will be provided in a .docx format. If you choose to upload please do not remove the credits page that has the DMCA watermark, my Patreon link, and links to this site.

You may have another hypnotist record the script for you as a file, but I ask that it not be uploaded by you or the hypnotist who recorded it regardless of credit being given. Permission to have it uploaded may be given if I am afforded the opportunity to review the recorded file first.

Custom Audio Files

This commission type is still being built and structured. Terms and information will be given in the future.

Unless otherwise agreed upon the file will be provided in .mp3 audio files encoded at 320 kbps.

Personal Sessions

1 session is at least 10 – 15 minutes and typically not longer than 30 – 40 minutes. Aftercare and play is provided at no cost. The entire session, including aftercare, should not last longer than 1 hour unless otherwise specified. Client may be charged for time over 1 hour that wasn’t agreed upon. The session is deemed to have started the moment I start taking the client under with an induction and ends after we conclude some light play with the contents of the session. There are no proration for shorter sessions.

Themes

I am human and thus I have my own likes and dislikes. Despite being open to a lot of kinks, I do still have my own dislikes. The easiest way to fully express what I do and don’t like is to provide my f-list upon contact. Though it would be easiest for me and anyone interested in commissioning me to list off some themes I’m absolutely not comfortable working with right here since you’re already reading this.

Themes I won’t accept:

• Themes of feminization.
  • Sissy and cross-dressing is okay.
• Cubs or underage characters within sexual scenes.
  • Every character within a sexual scene has to be 18 and older.
• Hard vore, death, snuff, gore and any of that.
  • I would never kill off any characters within my stories and it’s cool if you are into that stuff, but I simply can’t bring myself to it.
• Straight and lesbian sexual scenes or hypnosis content that focuses on female genitalia and boobs.
  • i.e. anything female solo, female on male, female on female, and anything involving females.
  • Sometimes my life would be easier if I wasn’t gay. ^~^;;

Payments

All payments will be made through stripe invoices/estimates that will be sent to the email you provide to me. Commissions will not be started until some type of initial payment is provided.

Late Fees

• I reserve the right to asses and charge late fees for invoices not paid 7 days past their due date.
• Late fees are not automatic and can be discussed.
• If you are having trouble paying your invoice please discuss it with me.
• I can split an invoice into 2 payments per invoice.
• I can offer a 1 time extension per invoice for a maximum of 30 days past the original due date.
• The split payments and extensions can be discussed and negotiated beforehand.

Late fees are not applicable to all invoices. If you are unsure please ask beforehand.

Story Commissions

I recommend against paying for the full invoice estimate for story commission in case the price needs to be adjusted (this could be a decrease or an increase depending on the final product).

I will try my best to keep the story within the original estimate, however I am not perfect. If I manage to reach the original estimated word count and the story is not complete I will notify you to discuss this. If this happens I will happily end the story at a nifty point to pick up any additional parts of that story or I can try to slim it down to end it within the original word estimated word count if you would rather stay within the original estimate. Otherwise the invoice price might be adjusted to reflect additional words (if it is a significant amount over the estimate).
